This pandemic, life is something we are taking care of now. We become more conscious about our health than ever before. And of course, My pandemic experience is far more healthier than ever before.... And that's what I want to share with you all. how to increase your immunity...
1) start your day with yoga and exercise- yes, one of the reasons to start a fresh day is to do yoga and exercise. I start my day doing pranayam and meditation. Meditation is something which everyone must follow, everyone nowadays grappling with mental health issues especially depression is the famous one.yoga is something which really change your life. start from today!!!
2) eat hot - as you know how diseases are spreading like a hot fire but one can do is to increase one's immunity. The one needs to eat fully cooked hot meal, when you take hot food your throat relaxes if you have cold and in traditional days people used to have it and it is helpful for digestion too.it improves your digestive tract.
4) vitamins are must- fruits, dry fruits and veggies are great source of vitamins. especially fruits like beetroot, blueberries, apples, avacado etc and in veggies you can opt for brocolli, spinach, carrots and many more you like.
5) no more junk foods- it will be better for you if you avoid eating junk food instead of proper intake of carbohydrares, minerals, vitamins are necessary. the disease we are struggling with, what demands you to be healthy, the life style we all have been through needs to change.
6) drinking kadha- personally it is something which everyone takes when people have fever especially in India. The home made recipe of this kadha is very easy for better result one should take every day, it is organic and does not have side effects. The recipe for kadha is-
a) water
b) juggary
c) black pepper
d) cardamom
e) ginger
f) holy basil(optional)
g) turmeric powder
* first you need to boil the water, after it boiled put half a spoon termeric powder.
*then later on put juggary and cardamom
* mash ginger and add it to your kadha holy basil is optional.
*your kadha is ready to serve hot.
It naturally boosts immunity, in traditional days it is highly preferable recipe for illness.today also it is widely common among people especially in india.
