Getting a healthy and flawless skin is everyone's dream. nobody wants acne, blemishes, open pores or dark circles. now a days there are lots of face creams, everyday new product launches and we get confused what to buy what not, different creams for different face related problems. but we forget that enhancing our beauty doesn't take just buying creams, but what it takes a sacrifice in form of  proper health diet and healthy practices throughout our day.
 I saw many people and i m too one of those who previously used to search which product i need to buy to get rid of acne and get clear healthy skin.
but going through experiences i realise minimal is better for skin, as many people do lots of make up in wrong way just not realising how bad they are doing with their skin. application of lots of make up is not bad but if you are not wiping out from your skin in proper manner is then bad, in which many people just cleanse their face without even realising just cleansing is not enough. and even if you don't require to do make up you can just apply moisturizer and sunscreen is enough because everyday make up can lock your pores in which skin can't able to breathe and leads to acne, blemishes and many more skin problems.



Unhealthy habits leads to dull skin-

1)  Not using cleanser properly- Many people cleanse their skin only 2 times a day, which can lead to acne prone skin and dirt settle in their skin.

2) Touching face with bare hands- I saw many people touching their face whether to apply make up or just to wipe out sweat which is a very bad idea. because your hands can have multiple bacteria or dust in which if you touch your face, of-course you will experience pimple day. 

3) Not using sunscreen- Sunscreen is  must which many people don't prefer to apply, and it is no doubt if you encounter with early aging or many skin related problems. the UV rays of sun are very harmful for our skin  which can damage our skin and can also lead to skin cancer.

4) Unhealthy food-  No doubt everybody in this world love to eat junk food whether it is a pizza or burger or momos, we are totally cravers but these tasty things can chill our mind but not our skin, because what we eat it reflects in our face, so say no to oily food, sugar, caffeine , alcohol  which is bane for skin.

5) Not doing exercise or yoga- Exercise and yoga is one of the reasons to get glowing skin, when you exercise or do yoga all the toxins from your skin releases out in the form of sweat which gives you healthy skin.

what to do to get clear healthy glowing skin-

1) Skin routine-  You must know what is your skin type and what things can suit your skin. if you want to have clean and healthy skin you need to do these things given below-
a) cleanse your skin at least 3 times a day
b) apply moisturizer as it helps you to hydrate skin.
c) use toner to hydrate your skin (optional)
d) apply sunscreen every 3 hours if you are out under the sun.
e) use exfoliator to remove dead cell, you can use twice a week.
f) apply face mask twice a week or make homemade mask for your face.
g) do not touch your face, always take tissue paper with you.

the above procedure needs to be done twice a day once after waking up and second before go to sleep,
because you can't sleep without removing your makeup.

2)  Healthy Diet-
a) stay away from junk food as possible as you can ( you can binge it on weekends), and stay away from sugar as it is most harmful ingredients for skin.
b) eat veggies which are rich in vitamin c , protein, vitamin A.
c) eat fruits rich in vitamins and which have water for example oranges, papaya, watermelon, lemon, cucumber, apricot, beetroot etc.

3) Get a beauty sleep- Good sleep can lead to good health and skin, get a 7 to 8 hours of sleep because when you sleep your skin goes into repair mode during night and you can get rid of dark circles which can make you look older.

4) Do yoga or face exercise- It can help you to get tight and  bouncy skin, when you do yoga or face exercise plus exercise you are not only releasing toxin from your skin but also tighten your skin which makes you look younger and it also gives perfect jawline to your face. 

5) Take a beauty bath- Bath 2 times a day with lukewarm water, scrub your body and remove dead cells, and after that apply moisturizer which hydrates your skin. 

6) Drink 8 glasses of water- Drinking water can help you get clean skin in which it releases toxins from your body and gives you glowing skin. so it will be helpful if you drinks lots of water.

all these procedures can sound you little difficult, but you can give yourself challenge just for weeks or months to see a beautiful change in you. achieving anything has never been so easy, but if it is about your body or skin you need to give preference because when you love yourself people loves you.
