7 reasons! why dieting is bad for health

Do you love food? of course, you must love it because food is the only thing which helps you to live a life and also for living a life. but what if it becomes bane for you. like many people crave to have thin body than having a tasty meal. I mean, I m the true lover of food, and I cant live without my tasty food. I remember in my teenage when i was a fluffy kid, I was so fatty and always wishes to get in perfect size, for that I did yoga and exercise. but to be very honest I never go on a diet. Diet is the way to reduce weight which everyone does, most of them are successful in dieting and most of them have lost their patience. but diet is not a good option when it comes to loose weight. let's see...



1) Diet can decrease your metabolism and appetite-
                                              Diet is something which you want to do it anyway because you want to  look fit from fat and a healthy person. but diet is not at all healthy, when you do diet your energy level goes down, your body keep on searching for carbs and sugar, and because of this your metabolism also decreases. your body becomes weak that can give you negative result at last. your appetite also become weak because of preserving calorie which are very less in your body.

2) Diet can give unproductive result- 
                                               Many people prefer to do binge day in every week when they are on diet. on binge day , they decide to revive the taste of food they have forgotten but ultimately this is bad idea. because whole week you have starved your self, restrict yourself from bad food, count on you sugars and calories and at the end you finish up binging will ultimately make you put on weight. when you  suddenly eat food  after losing some kilos/pounds of weight, your body react to those food very quickly and start fetching all the nutrients out of it which can lead to have crave for more food.
 
3) You can fail in diet very soon-
                                                Many people make their daily plan of what to eat, how much to eat. everything goes as per their plan, but as the time passes, many of them loose their will power to continue their diet, ultimately it is the time we can say is that their body need more food and their energy level is going down, and many of them face failure in their dieting plan. and later on , after so many days of starvation when they finally jump into food, they gain more weight which is very unhealthy for body.

4) bad relationship with body and mind-
                                             when you stop eating or may be say barely eating can also reflects in your body and mind. because what mind and what body need is different, when it comes to mood swing or stress your mind only relaxes when you eat sugary or calorie rich food which is ultimately not good for body but somehow you need them and then your brain reacts in negative way or only thinking of having food, and it is also same with body, your body needs vital nutrients, carbs and protein which if it will not get, it will react in different way and becomes weak.

5) Loosing Confidence- 
                                       why you do diet? is just the answer you want to look beautiful and good in personality, but if you feel that you don't look good in obesity then you are wrong, you are born beautiful. every person is unique and beautiful. Indulging yourself in diet can give you lean body but it cannot give a confidence that you look perfect. because you keep on hating yourself if you again put on some weight and you go on dieting again which will never give you beautiful satisfaction.
 
6) Healthy behavior not diet-
                                            Diet is temporary, and having a better results with diet is very little. instead of diet one can practice to have healthy balance diet. in diet you loose weight for short span of time. but if you follow to have perfect food life balance that which food is good for body? which yoga or exercise can give a better result? you can have long term benefit for your body.

7) Diet creates false food beliefs-
                                           Believe it or not, but when you come to know any bad affect of something, you always avoid that thing. for example, you know sugar is harmful for your health so you keep on alarming yourself you need to control it or avoid it. it is just the case with food, we have bad and good food for our body, even though you are not dieting you keep on telling yourself that bad food is not good for your health and that can lead you to have eating disorder which can harm your body.
