Life without adventure and fantasies become boring if you do not add spice of experience and hard work to your life it looks lifeless.
That is how cheese plays role in our food. Now
cheese is everyone's favorite thing. There is hardly any person living in this
world who doesn't love it.
I personally loves a lot and my lockdown
experience with my cooking (as it was trending) with different items with
cheese made me to love cheese even more.
It is not like everyday I prefer to eat cheese
as too much eating will cost me more in health , As health is the utmost
priority especially in the time of corona. my cheesy experience with cheeses
are only in weekends. cheese is one
of those things which everyone enjoys whether you make pizza or burger or any other recipe, you enjoy spreading cheese all over any recipe you make and when you take the bite and
that never ending melted cheese is out of your control is what makes you to
love cheese even more.
I made many recipes and these recipes are not so
unique, these are all common recipes(as I am not that good at cooking). I made
pizza, pasta, burger, and noodles with cheese.
Well, cheese is not that bad for health as
people think (if it is not consumed more). it has many benefits.
Some of the benefits are-
1) Cheese is good source of calcium and protein- it might be the story of everyone’s childhood in which we are made to consume dairy products because as we grow our bones require more calcium and protein. And we consume milk related items such as butter, milk, sugar free curd, ghee etc. cheese is one of these products which must be consumed especially by 3-5 aged children.
2) It is good for your teeth- cheese is the better
option for your teeth as it prevents
cavity to occur and make your teeth strong. As your teeth are also made out of
the calcium which occurs in bone, that is why it needs more calcium to prevent
it from getting weaken.
3) It stabilizes your blood pressure- In some
medical journals and and also by researchers, it is said that milk related
products can reduce the risk of high blood pressure. That doesn’t mean you eat cheese all of a sudden. You can balance your consumption by eating not more than 800 gm per day, that will be useful.
4)It can improve your gut- Gut problem is highly
prevalent, almost everyone in this world is going through this problem and your
immunity too comes from gut. Cheese and other milk products are highly
productive to create good bacteria in stomach.
5)Good for hair and gets you a glowing skin- Cheese
and dairy products really gives you a shiny lengthy hair as it improves your
keratin, the presence of omega 3 is vital nutrient for hair. And vitamin A and
B 12 give you tight glowing skin.
Anything which presents in this world never comes
without disadvantages, cheese too have side effects and those are-
1)Presence of sodium and saturated fat- High intake
of cheese with more saturated fat could lead you to a many problems like
cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure and many more.
2) Concentration of lactose- Some people really have
allergy to lactose .they have problem in digestion due to cheese which have
lactose, which can also lead to a many digestive problems such as bloating ,diarrhea
etc.
We enjoy eating not only cheese but many things and
we should know what to eat and what not, taking the health priority to the top.❤
