Not everything or you can say most of the thing that comes in
sweet is come with a better outcome. That is what with sugar also, you might be
craving for it and you must be because it is such a mind soothing thing in
the whole world, everybody likes it. But have you ever wondered some people to
say that they are cutting on sugar especially actors and actresses or people
who are health conscious. Actually, I was one of them thinking about why people
even do so, I mean how one can lead a life so tasteless, and it really needs
courage to do so. But as i research on it, my perspective towards sugar really
changes. We lead a life in such a bad way, if you take in account your daily
life consumption you may know that how much sugar you are actually consuming,
this is what happens to me too.
After knowing sugar is actually a culprit for our health, i
keep on tracking my sugar consumption. You can find in every possible food with
sugar content and especially in those food which you called fast foods. Whether
it is a biscuit, cookies, cake, ice-cream, cold drinks etc.
You might get afraid
of thinking these all things are bad for health but still we can’t live without
them, it is really difficult. Well you need to understand how you gonna do it,
if you have patience and you really don’t want wrinkles at an early age then of
course you wouldn’t hesitate to do so.
Well if you can’t at least you can cut on little bit or you
can binge it on weekends that’s what i am doing too, i m tracking my daily
consumption of sugar so that i wont consume more than 30gms.
Ok let’s come to know what are the side effects of sugar-
1) it increases blood pressure-yes sugar can increase your
blood pressure which can convert into heart related problems and ultimately
heart attack, in which millions of people are suffering from high blood
pressure.
2) It can cause aging – it can give you wrinkles at an early
age and of course nobody in this world wants to look old guy. Well it losses
your skin and slowly destroys the collagen which helps in tightened your skin.
3) Sugar can cause multiple disease- whether it is a
hypertension, diabetes or kidney failure or you can say cancer, it has a power
to destroy your body.
4) It can cause acne- the acne problem is highly prevalent,
every 7 of 10 people has acne.it is just because sugar which is available in
your beverages, chips, and many more things.
5) Sugar can increase stress- yes in which every person is
suffering through and that is stress. It can stimulate your stress through
consumption of sugar. And you can have low mental due to stress.
6) it leads to obesity- sugar can increase your weight, it
pumps more blood and create fat into your muscle which leads to obesity.
Bottom line-
And the conclusion is that, health is the utmost priority if
it takes sugar to sacrifice. And of course you can’t do it at once, you need perseverance
and patience. I mean nobody wants to waste his hard earned savings on his
health related diseases in hospital. Let’s take prevention the priority!
